Ο Mark Bryan εδώ και πάνω από 40 χρόνια, προτιμάει να φοράει σε καθημερινή βάση παπούτσια με ψηλά τακούνια, εκτός από μία μόνο περίπτωση.
Με καταγωγή από το Dallas, ο Mark ζει με την οικογένειά του σε μία μικρή πόλη της Γερμανίας από το 2010. Συνήθως το dress code στη δουλειά του είναι επίσημο, αλλά πριν από 9 χρόνια αποφάσισε πως τον κούρασαν τα κοστούμια κι έτσι προσέθεσε στο look του ένα ζευγάρι κόκκινες γόβες. Οι συνάδελφοί του έκαναν πλάκα ότι «μια μέρα θα φοράει φορέματα», αλλά δεν ήξεραν πως ο Bryan δεν έχει κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα να το κάνει. Εκτός από φορέματα δοκιμάζει συχνά pencil φούστες, οι οποίες σύμφωνα με τον ίδιο τον βολεύουν πολύ στο ντύσιμό του, είτε με σακάκι, είτε με άλλο τοπ.

Όλο αυτό ξεκίνησε περίπου σαράντα χρόνια πριν, όταν ο Bryan έβγαινε με μία κοπέλα που φορούσε συνέχεια τακούνια. Ο ίδιος είχε εντυπωσιαστεί με το design τους, βρήκε ένα ζευγάρι στο νούμερό του, το δοκίμασε, κι από τότε άρχισε να φοράει παπούτσια με τακούνια σε κάθε ευκαιρία που είχε.
